One Connection Can Change a Life

Just One Voice connects people and local organizations to the relationships, resources, and opportunities that expand access for building stronger futures across New Orleans' underserved communities.

An Ecosystem Powered by Relationships

We build pathways to opportunity by funding trusted partners, connecting people to relationships, and removing practical barriers to advancement.

Change in Action

Real People. Real Progress. Real Impact.

Just One Voice partners with Black Man Rising to expand professional exposure, mentorship, and opportunities for young people. By connecting youth with CEOs, industry leaders, and mentors, the partnership introduces them to career paths and possibilities they may not have otherwise known were within reach.

Founded by a group of Black men who transformed their shared high school experiences into a national movement, Black Man Rising uses mentorship, outreach, and access to resources to empower people of color to define and pursue their own visions of success.

Together, we are opening doors, building meaningful connections, and helping the next generation imagine greater possibilities for their futures.
